Registration
Users may register on the Website to become Members prior to the completion of any transaction on the Website. Guest checkout will be provided with a user account on completion of purchase.
To register onto the Website the User will have to provide Personal Information (as defined in the Privacy Policy), including but not limited name, e-mail, contact number, contact address and customer verification question (example: your mother’s maiden name), which will be used for verification purposes.
Registration is only a one time process and if the Member has previously registered, he/she shall login / sign into his / her account.

Cancellation & Returns
You can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before we send the dispatch confirmation Email relating to that product. You can cancel one order item within an order without canceling the entire order if the order contains 2 or more order items.
For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).
Once the product is returned under our 15 Days Money Back policy (not applicable on coins) the refund will be credited to your Pranami Diam Cash account. You may choose to either make another purchase using the same or get the amount refunded to your bank account.
- For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.
- For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking).
Upon cancellation/ return of orders placed using gift cards, the gift card amount will be refunded back to Pranami Diam Credits. Customers can make another purchase using Pranami Diam Credits.

Applicable laws
Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the state of Gujarat, India, regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the courts located in India country, Surat, Gujarat, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
As per the current guidelines mandated by the Government of India, a customer has to provide the Permanent Account Number (PAN) for all purchases above INR 2 lakh.
Cash on Delivery is not allowed on orders above Rs. 49,999.
Contests
- The winners of contests and giveaways will be selected at the company’s discretion.
- The prizes/ gifts/ giveaways are non-returnable/ exchangeable.
- Any additional facilities provided by the company to winners and selectees of any contest is at the company’s discretion.
- Pranami Diam reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of contests/ giveaways without prior intimation.

Free Gift
All free gifts are treated as discounts.
In Case of Partial Cancellation or Returns of Orders with a Free gift, the Amount refunded will not include the discount attributed to the Free Gift.
Pranami Diam Cash
Your Pranami Diam Cash is valid only for one year (365 days) from the day you receive the same. Pranami Diam Cash will expire after 365 days from the day it’s credited in your account.
Pranami Diam Gift Cards
A maximum of 1 gift cards can be clubbed by the customer while transacting at Pranami Diam. Gift Cards are not valid on Gold coins. Partial redemption is not allowed.
Pranami Diam reserves the right to alter the conditions at its discretion.
Offer Terms & Conditions
- Special offer is valid only on select designs on jewellery.
- Pranami Diam may change (add to, delete, or amend) these terms from time to time.
- Pranami Diam has the right to refuse the usage of any promo code at any point of time. Promo codes which have expired cannot be used on the Website.
- Pranami Diam can at any time ask the Member for the proof of having received the promo code.
- Promo codes can be used only on specific orders as deemed fit by Pranami Diam.
- Applicability of Promo Codes on certain items, on specific orders, or on specific dates or occasions are at the discretion of Pranami Diam.
- Promo codes cannot be clubbed with any other special offer on the site, unless expressly otherwise stated.
- For Online or Offline payment mode the promo code will be accepted only within the date of expiry of the promo code.
- All disputes, with respect to the products and services offered in this connection, are subject to Surat, Gujarat jurisdiction.
